Under her inclusive and visionary leadership, not only is the higher education system of the entire state being transformed, but our university is also progressing rapidly and carving its identity on the national horizon.

Apart from receiving the UGC 12(B) & 2(F) status in 2019, the University has now procured AICTE approval of B. Tech. - Automation & Robotics Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering with AI & DS (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science), AI & ML (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning), Mechanical Engineering, M. Tech. CSE- AI & ML and M. Tech. Mechatronics, PCI Approval for Pharmacy and BCI Approval for Faculty of Law.

These recognitions are a testament to our academic rigor and commitment to quality.

The generous Rs. 20 crore grant under RUSA was instrumental in constructing a multi-purpose auditorium, advanced studios, state-of-the-art labs, reading rooms, and more.

Our students have consistently brought laurels to the university, winning accolades at state and national competitions.

Annual University events like COSSAC, Entrepreneurship-Expo, etc. have drawn participation from leading institutions across Uttar Pradesh.

Our campus provides a conducive environment for academic and extracurricular growth. The University has constructed separate hostels for boys and girls, a well-equipped gymnasium, badminton and tennis courts, basketball courts, net practice facilities, yoga centers, and a modern library.

Our laboratories in Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science Biotechnology, and Pharmacy have been upgraded, and virtual classrooms have been built to support digital pedagogy.

Additionally, a 300 KVA solar energy plant has been installed on academic buildings, reflecting our commitment to green energy.

KMCLU has made remarkable progress in research and innovation. Our faculty members have published books, chapters, and research papers in reputed journals.

We have secured multiple international patents and executed key MoUs with reputed institutions like Shodhganga, Shodh Gangotri, Career Institute of Medical Sciences, Novel Academy (Pokhra, Nepal), Integral University, Maharaja Agrasen University, etc.

The University has revised its Ph.D. ordinance to include part-time research options and initiated new research programs even in self-financing courses.

Presently, 114 scholars are pursuing Ph.D. across disciplines and many degrees have been awarded.

KMCLU believes that true education connects knowledge with service. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Governor Smt. Anandiben Patel, we have adopted villages and Anganwadi centers, initiated TB eradication drives, and organized health awareness campaigns.

Our students regularly teach children in nearby rural areas under the “Baal Paathshala” scheme of the University.

The university has eight NSS Units which actively engage in various social activities in and around the campus.

The 20 U.P. Girls Battalion NCC Unit of the University prepares our female students with requisite skills and training to take on real world challenges.

The implementation of the Samarth ERP system has made administrative processes more efficient and transparent.

Our university website is being enhanced to provide real-time academic support to students.

Efforts are also underway to internationalize our academic programs by offering courses in global languages and promoting international student exchange programs.

Special scholarships, digital credentials, and flexible admission policies support our commitment to inclusive education.

University students have excelled in sports, cultural activities, and NCC competitions at state and national levels, winning awards in basketball, painting, and Republic Day parades.

The University encourages student-led startups and innovations through the Awadh Incubation Foundation, which regularly organizes ideathons, workshops, and pitch sessions.

A large number of students have been placed in prestigious companies through our active placement cell.

The students and faculty members of the University are actively engaged in creation of innovative patents such as Enhanced Cybersecurity System, AI Based Health Monitoring Car Seat, AI and ML based Humanoid robot for Industry, etc.

In continuation of institutional development, IT equipped virtual classrooms equipped with modern facilities for communication and teaching have been established using the remaining funds received under the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) for the continuous development of languages.

Additionally, from the University’s own funds, technologically advanced laboratories have been set up for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, and Pharmacy.

Looking ahead, we are launching several forward-looking initiatives. These include new academic programs in Pali, Automation and Robotics.

A Museum of History and a dedicated Department of Indian Languages will soon be established to celebrate our cultural legacy.

We are also setting up a Community Outreach Centre, signing multiple MoUs for collaborative learning, and upgrading our digital library and infrastructure.

Plans are underway to expand hostel facilities, integrate value-added certification courses, and introduce short-term programs for skill development.
