Department of Education

About the Department

The Department of Education was established in 2013.

Vision

To empower learners with innovative teaching and learning skills, encourage research and extension activities, and establish the university as a centre of excellence in education.

Mission

  1. To nurture the students to grow as learned ethical and conscientious citizens there by contributing to a knowledge-based society.
  2. To develop an enabling environment for academic debate and discourse and maintain peaceful ambiance and law & amp; order in the campus.
  3. To encourage quality teaching and research across disciplines using both established pedagogy and innovative inside and outside the classroom.
  4. To bring global best practices to students through widespread use of technology.
  5. To provide the best campus environment to students and faculty with all facilities to nurture their interests.
  6. To facilitate the process of education and training to let each student grow into a complete individual who is physically enduring, emotionally mature, intellectually enlightened aesthetically developed, morally sound and spiritually inclined.
