About the Department

The Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities has been functioning under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University, Lucknow since 2019. This department serves as a foundational pillar of the university’s academic structure, aiming to instill scientific temper, logical thinking, and human values in students at the initial stage of their higher education journey.

The department provides engineering and technology students with a strong foundation in core sciences—Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Management, Environmental Science, and Professional Communication. Through these subjects, students not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also gain practical experience through well-equipped laboratories, workshops, and project-based learning.
