Faculty of Pharmacy

About the Faculty

The Faculty of Pharmacy is established in the year 2023 under the approval of PCI, and offers Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy with an intake capacity of 60 students in each.

Vision

To set the institute with academic excellence by imparting students with outstanding healthcare education and training that enables them to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in pharmaceutical sciences.

Mission

To advance societal health through leadership in pharmacy education, research, community engagement, and improved patient care.

Thrust Areas

The faculty of Pharmacy possesses expertise in the following thrust areas:

• Pharmacognosy – Natural products, herbal drug research, and phytoconstituents.
• Pharmacology – Drug action, safety evaluation, and pharmacotherapeutics.
• Pharmaceutics – Novel drug delivery systems and formulation development.
• Pharmaceutical & Medicinal Chemistry – Drug design, synthesis, and analytical studies.
