Right To Information Act, 2005

The Right to Information Act of 2005 stands as a cornerstone in fostering democratic principles and upholding human rights. By facilitating the dissemination of information and ensuring access to essential data, particularly within public establishments, the RTI Act empowers individuals. As a public authority falling under the purview of Section 2(h) and in accordance with the provisions of Section 4(1)(b) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University is committed to providing access to information through its prescribed manuals, made available via its website.
