Overview

The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) at Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University (KMCLU), Lucknow, plays a pivotal role in preparing students for successful careers by bridging the gap between academic learning and the professional world. The cell operates year-round, coordinating closely with leading corporate recruiters to ensure that students are well-equipped for employment opportunities upon graduation.

Key Functions and Activities

The TPC organizes a variety of activities including webinars, seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and personality development programs. These initiatives are designed to enhance both the technical and soft skills of students, preparing them for the demands of the modern workplace.
Regular interactions with industry professionals provide students with valuable insights into current industry trends and expectations.
The cell also conducts pre-placement training sessions, competitive tests, and group discussions to help students refine their interview and communication skills.

Support and Guidance

The TPC is managed by experienced faculty members from different departments, ensuring comprehensive guidance and mentorship for students across all streams.
The university has also established the ‘Awadh Incubation Foundation’ to foster entrepreneurship and innovation among students.
The placement cell maintains a robust network with industry partners, facilitating multiple opportunities for students to secure internships and full-time positions.
